This was my submission to @calverschool Worlds Next Door challenge! It is a reimagination of the 1964's New York's World Fair 100 years in the future while preserving its retro futuristic style!
It all began after I watched a documentary about the making of the TV show Hello Tomorrow! from Apple TV. The writers mentioned that the fair was one of their key inspirations. That sparked my curiosity, so I dove deeper into the event’s history and discovered the Unisphere and the iconic Googie-style architecture that defined its futuristic vision. As a longtime fan of that architectural style, I decided to build a world where that bold, optimistic view of the future became a reality.
